We ship fast and reliable to customers across Lebanon. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Stirax order to your door.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Lebanon only.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@stirax.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $5

All orders ship with the same flat rate, regardless of order size or weight. This keeps shipping simple and transparent for you.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Your location within Lebanon
Local holidays or weather conditions
Carrier delays

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

Tracking number via email
Link to track your package in real-time
Updates at each delivery milestone

What if My Order is Lost or Damaged?

Lost Package:

If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days, contact us immediately at info@stirax.com
Include your order number and tracking number
We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund

Damaged Package:

If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately
Email us at info@stirax.com with photos and your order number
We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Order Delays

While we work hard to meet our timeframe, occasional delays happen due to:

High order volume
Weather conditions
Carrier issues
Local holidays

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, we'll contact you with an update.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Currently, all orders ship via our standard flat rate. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet: Email info@stirax.com immediately with your new address.

If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package is in transit. However, you can arrange redelivery with the carrier using your tracking number.
